These daily "power downs" permit the tower maintenance company safe access to the site for the removal of old equipment from a station co-located with KXCI.

Actual times may vary depending on the work being done. The tower company is working with all stations impacted by the work to keep power reductions to a minimum. Depending on your current level of reception, you may or may not notice a difference in your reception when we are at reduced power. Webstreaming at KXCI.org and the SAP programming available through the Access Tucson channels (Cox/Comcast subscribers) is not impacted.

Thank you for your understanding and patience while we are powered down.

BURGERS AND BARGAINS ON SATURDAY (May 30)

KXCI Burger Day at Sunflower Farmers Market - Saturday 11am to 2pm
Speedway and Swan location - $1 burgers plus lots of other goodies!

Cathy Rivers of The Home Stretch will be on hand spinning tunes in the parking lot, too!

KXCI Rummage Sale at St. Marks Presbyterian Church - Saturday 8am to noon

In the north parking lot at 3809 East 3rd Street (Speedway/Alvernon).

Tons of items donated by our listeners, and all priced to move. The Screening Room is located at 127 East Congress in downtown Tucson.

KXCI Presents Mark Olson & Gary Louris

Mark Olson and Gary Louris (of The Jayhawks) are touring in support of their new album, Ready For The Flood.
